HOW TO SOLVE WINDOWS 10 PROBLEM: CAN’T TYPE IN SEARCH TAB/CALCULATOR/WINDOWS EXPLORER
After my laptop was re-installed, there were some problems where I can’t type in Microsoft built-in features such as: · C a n’t type in search tab · Can’t type WiFi Password · Can’t type in calculator · Can’t type in windows explorer So, I ended up searching for tutorials to fix it.Here some alternatives that I’ve got and tried. · Re-install Cortana (keyboard search should also work without Cortana, so that did not help) · Kill the Cortana/Search process · Rebuild the search index · Re-install all default apps · Restart the "Windows Search" service · Run the "Search and Indexing" Troubleshooter · Run system file checker (SFC) to search for currupted files · Re-install the keyboard driver None of them worked for me :( .
